Everyone can benefit from Personal Training. Whether you are new to exercise or have been exercising for years, a Personal Trainer can offer you a level of physical condition and a sense of well being that may otherwise not have been achieved. How do I select a Personal Trainer?
Ladies World has a roster of qualified Personal Trainers. The Personal Training Director at the club can help you choose the best trainer for you.  Getting started is easy - register for a FREE Consultation and we will work around your busy schedule.

How much Personal Training do I need?
The amount of Personal Training that you need depends upon you and your goals. Beginners and individuals seeking rapid results may want 2 to 3 sessions per week until a pattern is established; others may benefit from 1 to 2 sessions a week as a "maintenance" routine. Your trainer will gladly make a recommendation for your desired program.

Consie has been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years as both a Personal Trainer and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.  As a Personal Trainer she has the opportunity to offer support, guidance and motivation in order to help people reach their fitness goals.  Whether recovering from an injury, living with chronic illness or simply wanting change, Consie brings extensive experience and knowledge to her sessions.  Being a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Consie is also familiar with a variety of fitness tools such as the Bosu Trainer, Fit Ball, TRX, Resistance Bands and Medicine Ball.  She has the unique ability to be very versatile in her training methods.

Jenna has a passion for health and fitness beyond just exercise.   Her love for whole body wellness is what fuels her to help motivate others to strive for optimal health. She is compassionate, reliable and goes above and beyond what is expected of a Personal Trainer.  Jenna believes that whole health does not stop at daily exercise but includes a healthy eating plan and stress management protocol.  Being a student of The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition has widened her practice to include nutrition counselling and meal planning.

Trista has always lived an active lifestyle and became a fitness professional to help others do so as well. She believes fitness is about enhancing quality of life and changing the way we age by maintaining healthy muscles, bones and joints. As an orthopaedic exercise specialist she adheres to "motion is lotion" and brings knowledge in arthritis, joint pain, muscle imbalances, and musculoskeletal disorders.
